Traditional Joinery: We utilize doweled face frames and floating mortise and tenon methods chosen for their time-tested strength and ability to handle natural wood movement.
Superior Stability: For our custom doors, we utilize lamination for passage doors and staved-core construction with shop-made 1/4" veneers for entry doors. This ensures your doors stay straight and true, regardless of the environment.
Bench-Made Quality: Every drawer box features 100% through-dovetail joinery, paired with premium soft-close, self-close undermount guides and concealed hinges for a silent, furniture-grade experience.
In-House Manufacturing Everything that leaves our shop was born in our shop. We do not outsource our doors, drawer boxes, or millwork. By maintaining 100% control over the manufacturing process, we ensure that every component meets the "Atlas Standard" before it ever hits the finishing room.
Finish Ready or Pre-Finished: We offer the flexibility to provide your project fully finished in-house or "finish-ready" for your on-site painting and staining professionals.
Nationwide Logistics & Custom Crating Our craftsmanship isn't limited by geography. We have the experience and infrastructure to deliver our work to jobsites across the country and international destinations, including successful deliveries as far as the Bimini Islands.
Custom-Built Crates: To guarantee your project arrives in pristine condition, we build our own heavy-duty plywood and lumber crates in-house, specifically tailored to the dimensions of your order.
